It’s a nice little heater, but not strong enough to heat through the bottom of the base unit. So I have to turn the base upside down which then means I can’t place the glass dome on top. I feel it should accommodate the heater and the dome at the same time, so that I can see the engine running inside the glass.

Product Details
This heater plate is the same diameter and thickness as the plates in our KS90 and KS90R engines and has the same pattern of screw holes. It can either be fitted as a direct replacement or simply placed under the existing bottom plate.
This heater plate is compatible with all current and earlier KS90, KS90R, and KS90V aluminium, acrylic and copper engines.
It runs from any normal USB port that provides 1 amp. Just wait 2 to 3 minutes after plugging in and start your engine.
