SERVICE for Vulcan Stirling Engine Fan

If your Vulcan stove fan is not running correctly and is out of warranty or you have had an accident with it we can service or repair it for you. Your fan will be repaired, damaged parts will be replaced and any functional parts that need cleaning will be cleaned. The fan then goes through an upper and lower temperature test procedure before being returned to you.

Note: When you put the item in the basket a delivery charge will be added. This is for the return of the fan from us to you.

• Make sure it is well packaged.
• Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (if in UK) with receipt (proof of posting) will be fine to return the fan.
• We suggest not bothering with Special Delivery. We will cover it if it goes missing.
• So long as you get a receipt (proof of posting) we will automatically cover any losses.
• If you choose to send by signed for service or courier then the cost is to be covered by yourself.
• Don't return the fan blades. This makes packing easier and cheaper.
• We suggest screwing the screws into the hub so they are not lost.
• Include your name and address. if you have the order number include that. A quick note will be fine.

We aim to not profit from the servicing and work is done during our spare time. Servicing can take more than a week and sometimes can take a few weeks.
